HOW TO ORDER

If you find a car interested in buying, please click an "Inquiry" buttom and fill the form. (Please note that there is a chance that exact vehicle has already been sold)
A quotation including requested costs will be sent to you soon. This contains vehicle description, total CIF/C&F/FOB price, estimated shipping date and other necessary information. Your purchase order is not confirmed at this stage.

Shipping Terms
We ship the cars on FOB Japan, C&F, or CIF basis by Car Carrier Vessel or container vans.

FOB Japan	Free on Boad, no shipping cost and insurance are included in the price.
CIF Your Port	Shipping cost and Marine insurance are included in the price
C&F Your Port	Shipping cost is included in the price but no marine insurance is included.

The above terms of shipment do not include your local tax, terminal handling charges, pick-up charges and other cost to be charged at the port of destination.

Agreement/Contact
If you are agreeable to the terms of condition, we will send you our Sales Contract by email immediately. The car will be shown in the w

ebsite as "HOLD" for the 5 working days and will be shown as "SOLD OUT" as soon as your payment is arrived.

Payment

Please arrange money transfer by T/T (bank telegraphic transfer) in full into our bank account with 5 working days or by the date stated in our sales note. We accept Japanese Yen. No credit card, cheques and letter of credit will be acceptable. Shipment can be made on "first come, first served" basis upon acknowledge of your payment. Customer is responsible for all banking charges.

In case of order cancellation before shipping arrangement due to changes of import rules or changes of mind, twenty percent of the FOB value will be considered as a cancellation fee and the rest of amount will be returned to the buyer's bank account at buyer's expense. No order cancellation after passing through customs clearance at the shipping port is accepted.

Refund Policy
We return funds in case of wrong shipment or impossibility of deliver the goods, due to suspension or discharges of carrying vessel service except force majerure.

We shall make shipping arrangement in a most timely manner. As soon as the shipment is completed, we will forward original paperworks, such as Invoice and Deregistration Certificates to you via Express Mail Service.

OCEAN FREIGHT
The ocean freight are calculated with a measurement of the vehicle. The freight costs vary with port of the destination. Please click here to see the freight rate guidance.

MARINE INSURANCE
The marine insurance covers lost of cargo due to theft, pilferage and non-delivery. It does not cover for damages and/or loss of parts by thieves during the transportation.

You are ensured that no stolen car is shipped. Vehicles without De-registration/Cancellation certificate can not be shipped out of Japan.

Local Import Rules and Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes once the product reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. In some countries you might have to pay them by cash. The duty/tax fee vary widely from country to country. Please make sure to contact your country's local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for any loss or disputes in connection to local import rules of buyer's country/area
